Founded in 1969 and privately owned, Venture Plastics is a custom thermoplastic injection molder headquartered in Newton Falls, Ohio, with a second manufacturing division, Southwest Venture Plastics, in El Paso, Texas.
Two hundred employees serve well-diversified OEM programs under an IATF 16949 quality system. Beyond molding, our engineering staff supports part design and consolidation, program management, global tooling and value-added finishing and assembly, an efficient single-source supplier.

Where are your manufacturing facilities?
We operate two U.S. plants: headquarters in Newton Falls, Ohio (62,000 sq ft, 19 presses from 55 to 1,440 tons) and Southwest Venture Plastics in El Paso, Texas (61,000 sq ft, 15 presses from 55 to 950 tons).
What press tonnages are available?
Across both plants we run 34 injection molding presses ranging from 55 to 1,440 tons of clamp force.

We are certified to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001:2015, and run an IQMS ERP system with EDI, website scheduling, Kanban and advance shipment plans for near-100% delivery compliance.

We serve automotive, truck and agriculture, rail, industrial, communications, standby power and solar markets with custom molded components and assemblies.
What value-added and secondary operations do you offer?
Value-added operations include sonic welding, hot plate welding, vibration welding, hot stamping, pad printing, bar coding and complete sub-assembly.

Yes. We offer part and tool design, design for manufacturability, mold-flow and part simulation, additive manufacturing for prototypes, global tooling resources and full APQP project management from concept to production.

We process a broad range of engineering resins, including FR polypropylene, FR ABS, rigid PVC, ABS and PPO, among many others.
