Venture Plastics, Inc. will be exhibiting at the 2007 PlastiMetal show in Cd. Juarez, Chihuahua on October 24th and 25th.

Established in 1969, Venture Plastics, Inc. (VPI) is a TS 16949 certified custom thermoplastic injection molding company with two manufacturing facilities located in NorthEast Ohio and El Paso, Texas. Our injection molding machines ranging in size from 55 to 725 tons (shot size .73 to 108 ounces) and are supported with IBM’s Enterprise IQ integrated software system, scientific mold/locked process, closed loop system for SPC, robotics and a centralized material handling system. In-house maintenance capabilities exist for both equipment and tooling.
VPI’s superior technology and services include injection and structural foam molding, insert molding, over-molding, complex parts, decorating/plating, assembly/welding, a wide variety of engineered materials with UL material traceability. Systematic Molding principles are applied to assure an optimized and repeatable process on every run on every press. Systematic Molding technology can also be retrofitted to existing tools.
VPI’s engineering department readily assists customers in new product and tooling development for both molding as well as value-added processes. Engineering can work with Auto CAD, IGES/DXF file transfers through either email or the use of our FTP site.
Other services provided consist of mold flow analysis, prototype service, strong program management, problem solvers and global tool sources. We serve customers in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, and China.
