Venture Plastics and its affiliate, New Methods, have provided reliable and rewarding employment within their respective communities for many years. Venture is located in Newton Falls, Ohio, a small town community near Warren, Ohio. New Methods is located near Middlefield, Ohio, about 35 miles north of Warren.

Both are primarily manufacturing facilities offering jobs ranging from press and finishing operators to various indirect labor positions to support the molding and finishing operations and a wide variety of supporting staff positions.
