A Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM)

system provides monitoring and control capabilities

for all critical "Locked" process parameters

including cavity pressure.

*

All presses are equipped with hydraulic ejection,

solid state, closed loop system for SPC control.

Three are all electric high precision presses.

*

Universal Dynamics pneumatic conveying

systems distributes centrally stored raw

material to presses with proportional regrind,

loaders/blenders.

*

Presses are serviced by multiple overhead

cranes for safe and efficient mold changes.

*

Most presses are equipped with either an

automatic picker or robot to help facilitate

automation as well as part segregation

capability.

*

All molding machines are equipped with the

following:  Dehumidifying hopper dryer systems,

multiple solid state mold temperature control

units, and refrigerated cooling water systems.
